IM Team Building ( Part II )

Here is the continuing saga of those that travelled the length of the northern express highway to battle the difficult task of building the foundation of a good harmonious intelectual relationship utilized mainly inside the four walls of a fully airconditioned space filled with devices that computes, especially a programmable electronic machine that performs high-speed mathematical or logical operations or that assembles, stores, correlates, or otherwise processes information for a shipping company that transport cargos worldwide.


Upon Arrival : Picture of IM Team.. HIndi pa gutom, hindi pa pagod...

We held the "2nd-Friday-of-the-Month" lunch team building upon arrival.
Shempre being the typical me.. hehehe... wala akong alam sa mga board games.. OLATS as ever! Mahina ako sa mga word games.. or should I say mind games.. Mapurol na nga ata itong utak ko. hehehe...But then again, leading ang team namin.. Un nga lang magaling talaga si MEL sa mga words. :) Go Mel! hehehe

Sila nag board games, kami nagIkot sa place. Medyo huli ang Occccccuuulaaarrr inspection namin. 'Lam mo na buzzzzyy.. hehehe...
Mahirap mag isip ng lugar na paggaganapan ng mga events.
Hindi masyadong mala ang space, and public.
Hindi pa nga din namin alam, kung may mangengeleam ng mga flags.

By lunch time.. ang aming dakilang Cook - Allan - ay hindi pa tapos sa pag luluto. Hehehe.. And being the normal pasaway, kami ay nga punta sa bading na octupus para mag slide. Plus, we had the privilege of testing the "Waves"! Wooohhhh!




To be fair, masarap po ang ulam. Magaling mag luto ang aming cook! - O yan ha -> papuri papuri.. hehehe.. Dapat talaga toasted ng husto ang tilapiya! ;)

Salamat kay Jas, kami ay nabiyayaan ng isang masarap na Ice Cream! Bawal daw ang may matira, magbabayad....


Go Lui! kaya mo yan ;) Spoon-liicking-good! ( tama ba un? ) hehehe...

After the Looooong Lunch (mukhang nag enjoy sa pagkain hehehe ), The RACE is on!

There will be 6 Task. Each memeber should perform 1 task.

3. Talong - Calamansi Relay (Donnie & Jane )
4. Hipan ang Harina ( Ann & Pete )
5. Picture Perfect ( Aimee & Mel )
6. Survivor Swimming ( Belmod & Allan )

Madali lang naman ang rules & tasks... may catch nga lang.. :))

It was a very fun experience. Madami kaming natutunan sa isat isa. Maybe not directly pero at least nagkaroon ng connection. -- or so I think -- To me, Medjo comfortable na ako sa mga IM pips... Nakapagrest pa ako sa pool! Kahit medjo mahirap mag isip ng games.. at tangapin lahat ng sisi... It helps na meron kang mapapagtanungan at may mga taong willing gawin ang mga pinapagawa mo to make things much more interesting ;) Salamat sa lahat! Hoping that we have accomplished the "task of building the foundation of a good harmonious intelectual relationship utilized mainly inside the four walls of a fully airconditioned space" ! hehehe.. Matagal tagal pa naman tayong magkakasama..marami pa kayong marshmallow na kakainin. ;)

GraDuaTioN Day

Today IS My Baby SisTer's Graduation Day.



Ang dakilang photographer at stage sister ay nag file ng Leave para makitang umakyat ang kanyang 'investment' sa entablado..



At di naman ako nabigo... Sapagkat ako din ay umakyat ng entablado upang sabitan ng medalya ang batang ito! hehehe.. PROUD! PROUD!




Pagkatapos ng napakatagal na pila at paghihintay.. Kami ay nag tungo sa Total! hehehe.. Ang corny naman na kasi sa Walter pero nakakaTamad namang lumuwas pa ng Manila. So sa.. 1st gas station kami nagtungo.. Medyo heavy ang atmisphere dahil si wawen ay nagaalburoto.. pero, after a stomach full of rice and a Cup Of Seattles Best Coffee.. OkaY na naman..

I'm not expecting big things from my Baby..
I wouldn't want her to be some1 else...
I just pray she could see herself as some1..
.. better than what she always thought
...she could ONLY be.

Last Saturday (19 March 2005) , We went to Bulacan to held the 1st quarter IM TEAM BUILDING. What was origianally planned as a trip to Enchanted Kingdom turn out to be a RoaD trip to the PARADISE. A Public Resort in Bulacan, known for its Wave Pool, Bowling Inn and others stuff. ;)

Well, it's been a while since I last had a "summer-pool-outing" hehehe.. (Takot lang talagang mamuti..) Kaya naman excited na din ako mag SWiM - SwIm. We rented a closed nipa hut, sa tapat ng kiddie pool.

Isa sa mga maliliit na cottege with a view. Madadaanan mo papunta sa pools along Phase I (or phase II hehehe.. di ko matandaan) Eto ung "bading" na Squid/Octopus hehehe.. di ko malaman anong difference. Nag slide din kami jan. Feeling bata... Malaki at maganda ang lugar.. Di ko pa tapos ung pics e.. hopfully, may mga shots sila na magaganda.. till nxt part

Last Friday, we had a field trip.
Yep, out of the office day.
Yahoo!!!!!



I was so excited. It has been more than a year since I have been on a field trip.
I packed my clothes( for out team building scheduled the next day ) and went to the office.
We have free foods.
Breakfast : Ensemada w/ juice
Lunch : Mr. Go Lay -> Chicken, crispy pata, rice, pansit ( w/ shrimps), More shrimps, hehehe... etc.
Miryenda : Shakey's -> pizza, chicken n' chips, and.. hmmm..ice cream (wish wish wish)

Sakay kami (Manong Drive, Kasama ni Manong Driver, Ako, Carla, Char, Marga, Monzie at Jode) ng Fx.
Lahat sila nandun sa kabila... siksikan..hehehe

First Stop. TOCSI (trans ocean container services (phils.) inc )
Daming Container. May Reefer, General Purpose, Hangertainer, etc..
The best ung Light Test.
Pinasok kami sa loob ng container at sinara.
Opo! Sinara!
This is usually done to check conteners if they have holes..
hehehe. Warning lang : kun clostrophobic ka.. hahaha you'll be dead.. joke.
Kakatakot sa loob.. :S

Sa Reefer naman malamig.
Parang nasa US ka.. hahaha
Umuusok pa.

By the time natapos kami.. pumapatak na ang ulan..
Then, sumilong kami sa isang side.MTV na ito.. heheh

"heto ako.. basambasa sa ulan..walang masisislungan.."

After lunch, sa on dock terminal kami.
Ang idea na "ang isang trucker head at ang chassis ay Iisang sasakyan" ay mali.
Burahin natin.. Erase.. Erase.. Erase..

Ang Chassis ung patungan ng container.
Ang Genset ung generator set na nagpapalamig sa REEFER.
Ang Container ay ung nakapatong sa taas ng chassis.

Sa North Harbor.Walang Barko.( ang OOCL )



Kaya nag tour nalang kami, sakay sa FX.
At tulad ng dati.. siksikan sila..
Kami may sariling mundo.

Yep,nasinghot ko ang amoy ng dagat...
..At ang mga duming nakalutang dito.

Pagkatapos ng Tour...
Kami ay na traffic.

Kaya pagkatapos naming kumain..
AT MAG EXAM.(open knowledge to! - pwedeng mag share ng knowledge pero notes close)

Kami ay bumalik na sa aming sariling cube.
Back to reality.
Back to work.

But the day was finished and I had fun. ;)

Bull Shit

Got Some wierd feeling today.
Aside from the fact na alam kong nothing exciting is ever going to happen here.
I pissed off some pipol around.
And it really bothered me.

Now I'm confused.
Should I be me?
Or my "barbaric, palengkera and pilosopo side" has had enough field day?

I might be anything and everything.
but I still have feelings.
And it hurt so much,
To see that other people always took your feelings for granted
Just because they are used to your fancy jokes and loud comments.
Just because I have develop this personality...
that doesn't mean I don't get hurt when other people
look me straight in the eyes and say those 'kind' impressions they had about me.

Plus, to top it off...
I'm not PREGNANT!
Whoever spread that F@(&ing rumor!
