G26 RULZ!
Yesterday, G26(2000) went to SM to check out what's in and new at the MALL of ASIA.Wala kaming "SUMMER Outing" this year, dahil sa "BUSY" daw ang mga tao.. *ahem* *ahem*
We decided to organize a get together somewhere in Manila Area. ( sawa na akong bumisita sa QC! and we have had enough gimmik sa Libis!)
It took us almost a month to plan this gimmik, at sandamakmak na email conversations kung anong balak gawin.
Considering na medjo wholesome na ang block namin, we decided to settle the case by checking out the Olympic Size Ice Skating Rink and whatever goes afterwards.
Knowing my blockmates, I had to ask for their confirmation. Hindi ko alam kung nakabuti o hindi ang aking warning: " SASAMPALIN KO! Ang mag confirm at hindi pumunta". Damayan pa ng mga pasaway na hirit ni Tatay Esti! Nevertheless, those who confirmed came.
Meeting Place: Ice Skating Rink
Meeting Time: 13:00HKT
Yvette and Ric arrived on time.
Panget , Bestfriend and Dear came after me.
Ayze and Plus One (Chevaz) drop by just in time for the food.
Kuya Leo is Late.
We ate at Shakey's and had some long chat. Madaming nabago, madaming nakakapanibago. I really missed my blockmates. Nakakatuwa ang mga hirits at angst sa buhay ng isa't isa. Makes you feel ... NORMAL. hehehe...
Talked about nothing and everything, old friends and new officemates, love and life.
By 6pm, we decided to go hit the ICE. For a first time Ice Skater, Ric and Leo had some guts to glide their way out of the side/corner. Jeff and Cha swing past the other kids while Bets blend in the crowd. I dunno how long I was staring at the other sketers. Pero I had some thoughts running in my mind that time...
Life is like skating on ice. Siguro nga ganun...It's up to you kung pipiliin mong mag stick ka sa side or magtry ka bumagsak a thousand times. You can choose to have a protection or not along the way. Just the same, you'll encounter someone (new or old ) that will help you stand up and show you how the way things should work. You can blend in and never be noticed or you can stand out --> SHINE!

By the time we finished, ang ilong ko ay hindi na maipinta. I feel so cold and my nose is running. =S But this didn't stop us from walking the lenght of Baywalk and Playing Bowling at Robinsons Place Manila. Ric and Leo dared each other, to try to give away some flyers from a certain school. It turns out, nasa itsura yan.. People still go for the out side ( physical ) than the actual person. It's OK LEO! No need to brag you awards.. hehehe. Gwapo pa din si RIC e.. hehehe. Yvette and Cha were good first time bowlers but Leo and Ric made sure that this is their turf. =)
After Dinner, we had to go our separate ways and say our goodbyes.
It's nice to see each other again. Maybe, it'll take another year before we meet again...
But for now, we have to go back to our respective lives. =)
