Is chivalry dead

In the time of gender equality, I'm sorry to say that Chivalry is dead.
While most guys still share their seat to an elderly or a lady,
Most of them have preferences such as looks, disabilty, etc.

Shouldn't a guy walk on the danger side while walking with a girl?
Regardless of their status..("friends, dating, married, etc..)

Shouldn't a guy offer a ride to an acquaintance if she is along the way and is truly in need?

Shouldn't a guy carry a girl's heavy baggage, if she really needs help and he has all the muscles to flex?

Well, these are just some case to case basis. I know we shouldn't just accept offers or offer our services to others. But, knowing that you know each other and one is in really need. shouldn't you offer?

I guess, I'm still happy to see that there is still someone willing to offer.
Even if you're just friends. :D
